Awakening in Your Spiritual Heart

My new flower mandala, with its lovely pink and peach buds and creamy white blooms, vibrates the energy of the awakened spiritual heart filled with love and joy. Within this heart there is clear inner guidance that comes from the highest Source; it’s a personal and close communion.

Almost the entire time I worked on Awakening In Your Spiritual Heart I was listening to the Moola Mantra as sung by one of my favorite singers, Deva Premal. I played it over and over. Her voice and the mantra are incredibly beautiful, and I know that my experience of that beauty, and the vibration of the mantra itself are both infused in this mandala. Though I’ve only used a few mantras I find they help to both focus and calm my mind, and are very uplifting and give a great sense of peace.

Awakening in Your Spiritual Heart

This has been just a bit of the creative process for anyone who might be interested, though it’s certainly not necessary to know this mantra to enjoy the mandala and the positive energy embodied in it. I can share the beauty with you through my mandala.

Here are the words of the Moola Mantra. You can receive benefit from the mantra even when you don’t know the meaning of it, though the benefit is said to increase tremendously when you do understand it. If you’d like to know more, here’s a simplified explanation of the meaning, and a more detailed explanation, both in English.

The Moola Mantra:
Om Sat Chit Ananda Parabrahma
Purushothama Paramatma
Sri Bhagavathi Sametha
Sri Bhagavathe Namaha

I wish you all causeless love and limitless joy! Peace. xo

This speaks innocence and purity of heart. I love it and think you should send a link to Deva on her website since she was part of you inspiration. I’m sure she would be delighted to see this–maybe even order a print!

  • Truly lovely, Karen.

  • Thanks so much, Sue, Cheryl, and Judy!

@Cheryl_What a wonderful idea! I would love to let Deva know what an inspiration she is to me. I do think I should add your words “innocence and purity of heart” to the description of the energy of this mandala. I completely agree. Thank you for sharing your thoughts.
