Happy On Purpose

Every morning when I check my email there are uplifting, inspiring, energy-shifting messages waiting for me. Those are the messages that I read first! It’s a great beginning to a wonderful day.

Early in the day is an excellent time to make a choice about what kind of day you want have. Do you just let the first random thing hit you and see how you deal with it, or do you purposefully look for something positive to get you smiling and appreciating your life?  You get to choose. Be proactive; set the tone for the kind of day that you want have.  Be happy on purpose. I believe you’ll find that feeling good invites more things into your life to feel good about. Try it out and see for yourself.

Maybe you’d like to be in a good mood, but you can’t seem to find your way there. These inspiring writers will remind you of the way back to your truest, best self. You can respond effectively to whatever comes your way when you’re feeling centered. Even when something does come up that you’re not thrilled with, you’ll find it so much easier to take care of. Instead of derailing you, it’s barely a bump in the road.

These are all sites that are personal favorites. Many have daily emails you can sign up for, and a couple are blogs that I find very empowering. Click through on each one and see which one(s) appeal to you. There are many positive, wonderful people online to connect with. I’m sure you’ll find those whose message speaks to you.

Enjoy a wonderful day! 🙂

    A very good message Karen!

  • I just stopped by to see “what you’re up to over here” since you left that nice comment on my blog. I’m SO glad you enjoyed “the introduction” to them, they really are amazing and amazingly dedicated. 🙂

So, after seeing your wonderful photos in the first post, and the wonderful attitude toward the winter grays (something I have not been graceful about lately-haha), I had to keep reading and seeing your beautiful photos. When I got to this post, I had to stop & comment! GREAT post– Such a wonderful reminder of the right approach to life and living daily with positive purpose. I have read/seen/etc… many of these same “thinkings” over the last few years especially… even a couple of the same people. And thus, it became clear how you found my blog and why I was drawn to yours… something in what we said somewhere resonated a happy familiar attitude and message. I’m so glad you visited and commented today. Thank you. 😀

  • Thanks, Sharon!

Thanks so much, Kenna. You’re so kind and I really appreciate your comments. You’re absolutely right about how we found each other. 🙂 Your post on conservation photographers Florian Schulz and his partner Emil Herrera-Schulz is wonderful.

I encourage people to check out Kenna’s post Continuing Ansel’s Visions. Be sure to watch the video at the bottom!
